Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach to health and wellness. Our bodies have a built-in system that helps us maintain a healthy weight and tells us what foods we need and don't need. Our culture has become obsessed with dieting which takes AWAY from the body's innate ability to modulate our needs. During this workshop, Certified Health Coach Molly Seifert will teach you exactly why dieting doesn't actually work and how you can get back to utilizing your body's internal regulator through Intuitive Eating! Intuitive Eating will allow you to relax around food while maintaining your health! It will allow you to eat those foods that you once thought you couldn't, and confidently stop when you're satisfied! And most importantly, it will empower you to believe that you can fully trust yourself and your body.

Molly is dedicated to teaching people how to eat according to their hunger cues rather than focusing on an external set of rules and dieting! She LOVES helping people tap back into their intuition so that they can fully TRUST themselves again. She helps her clients stop obsessing over their bodies as an indicator of their worth and help them get clear on their strength, power and worthiness exactly as they are so. She believes that health is more than the food we put in our body and the exercise we make it do. Health encompasses the mental-emotional aspect of our being as well. Helping her clients find the balance between physical and mental/emotional health is where she thrives using self-love, personal development and intuitive eating as outlets to get there!
