Yoga instructor, Dale Johnson, will guide us through the benefits and techniques of meditation. By using your mind and breath, you can find more peace wherever you are- even outside of the yoga studio. Even in a grocery store!
All are welcome, with all abilities.
This workshop is limited to 10 people and you must rsvp to reserve a spot. The class is free but a suggested donation of $10 to our Community Wellness programming fund is appreciated. This fund will be used to build our community of skill sharing and good food enthusiasts!

Dale Johnson teaches yoga with an emphasis on alignment and deepening connection and awareness in the body and mind. He has been practicing since 2007 and teaching since 2013. He is a RYT 200 Hatha Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance after receiving his training with Judi Harvin, at Focus Yoga in 2012 and is currently engaged in a 500 RYT with Prairie Yoga and Lori Gaspar. Since then, he has been influenced by Yin Yoga proponent and teacher Paul Grilley, schooled in the healing touch of hands on adjustments by Rich Logan, drawn to the alignment centric Iyengar teachings of Gabriel Halpern and recently discovered the joy and playfulness in the creative Vinyasa sequencing and Bhakti devotion of Wade Gotwals. His classes offer opportunities for deepening your connection with mind and body through movement, breath and connection with spirit.
