Think eating organic, seasonal, and local has to break the bank? Think again. Learn to shop the Co-op like a frugal chef expert. Together, with Chef Stephanie Powell of The Gaia Apothecary, you will shop the store for three meals and then see one of the meals prepared live. Taste, enjoy, and take home recipes.

Instructor Bio

Stephanie Powell has been in the food service industry for 23 years. She has cooked for Presidents, world leaders, and some of the nation’s most elite diners. In the last two years she chose to take a new direction in her field and become a certified health coach through IIN and begin her business; The Gaia Apothecary whose main focus is on natural health and food.

This workshop is limited to 10 people and you must rsvp to reserve a spot. 
The class is free but a suggested donation of $10 to our Community Wellness programming fund is appreciated. This fund will be used to build our community of skill sharing and good food enthusiasts!
