DIY Medicinal Syrups for the Whole Family

Bring the kids to learn how to make a medicinal syrup using our bulk elderberries and honey.

How to Make Elderberry Syrup for Flu Prevention

Elderberries are one of the most-used go-to natural remedies for cooler months. The dried berries of the Sambucis Nigra plant are naturally high in immune-boosting compounds that are specifically shown to help beat the cold and flu more quickly. They can be used to make a variety of remedies, and a favorite is this simple elderberry syrup.

With flu season around the corner and signs for “flu shots” in every store, this natural alternative that is inexpensive and effective. It can be made easily at home and children love it!

If you or your child has ever had a bad case of the flu, you know how miserable it can be.  Black Elderberries (sambucus nigra) have been shown to prevent flu and speed recovery in those who have the flu and contain high levels of A, B, and C to stimulate the immune system.

Please rsvp to this workshop with the number of people attending and identify how many people are kids, too! They are welcome, for sure.
